Hi Manish, We have several idea here for the training: 1. we will send some Canada resources to Seattle to get trained. It is a free training, if they can pass the interview and sign the contract with us after training, then the company will take care of their compensation fee. Otherwise they should take care these things themselves. 2. we are trying to send both India and local resources there, after 4 weeks training, they need to come back to lead the project and build the team.
