我所用的软件的provider去年疯狂联系我,让我用他们的升级版(web版)她当时说的是所有客户都要转过去(含含糊糊的),而且今年有个新规定新软件更好BLABLA, 总之就是忽悠我签了新合同,按规定我们已经打过去启动的钱了,现在在培训阶段,我发现新软件没什么优点,可能功能强大一些,但都是我们用不着的功能,而且我们需要的功能有一两个还有点弱化,具体还没看详细。现在主要有这么几点,1. 不知为何,可能是网路版的事,字体非常的小和不清楚,提出后他们说这是标准字体,说我计算机没设置好,自己调,2,培训和customer service 的人态度非常差,我们和负责以前那个软件的人有10多年的合作关系,人非常好,现在完全变了,非常的RUDE。还有其他的功能方面的问题以后可能还会遇到不多说了。
我现在想如果和他们谈退回原来的软件,一是钱已打过去了,退回来安装培训费可能吗,再有是我向领导报告批准了这个项目,如果回头了没法解释对我自己不好,但现在这个自己就象找了个TROUBLE 一样,搭了好多精力,而且另外一个人说压根学不会,让我学完了教他,他岁数大了很难教。另外负责这个PROJECT的技术的人太惹我生气了,准备和他们的Client manager 聊聊,还没想好怎么说。现在真是有点头疼,大家有什么好的建议,别责备我做事欠考虑了,已经发生了, 就想用目前能实施的最简单的方法解决掉它,工作的事真不想太费心折磨自己。谢谢

The sales failed to explain to you in sufficient details but stalked you for the purchase in software and training. You need to ask for the money back. If this letter doesn't work, you need to write to the CEO next.
