前车之鉴: 在多伦多的GLG兑汇受气 今天在King地铁站旁边的GLG办理汇款手续,其业务员的态度极为恶劣。 因为在业务员打印出的票据上收款行地址有错误,且开始时不愿修改,在我一再坚持之下,对方出言相讥,“没见过一个人这么罗罗嗦嗦的!”之类的话。在全部钱额(Interic付款)收清楚之后,对方竟然恶言相向,其用词不堪重复。 我说,“我从来没有见过有哪家公司这样对待顾客的。” 对方说,”那你干嘛还来我们这里啊?“,且反复声称“你要不开心就下次别来啊”,“你可以投诉我,我姓马啊”之类的话。 之后我打电话至该公司,接话者仍是该人,声称经理不在,想投诉也没办法。如此窝气之事,却也不值得找消费者协会,只把我的经历贴到网上,大家留个心眼,记住我的前车之鉴,记住GLG这个名字。如果你想去这家公司花钱买服务,却如此买气受的话,不去也罢。 该公司信息: GLG Financial Incorporation Address: 7 King Street East, Toronto Tel: 416-861-1605 Fax: 416-861-1632 -guest(前车之鉴) 2000-8-15

I checked the yellowpages, there's only one telephone, to which I tried to call and complain. It's that guy answered the phone ... I believe that's a family company and the guy is the boss indeed. (I don't think I can get to his "manager" later.) The purpose I wrote it down is just to warn everyone else so that we don't have to suffer that kind of bad service.
