昨天没去健身房,而且晚餐没控制住,一口气吃了11个炸鸡翅和两个橘子,今早一称重了一磅。立刻去出汗举铁,又是有氧又是无氧搞了两个小时,终于消耗掉一点
一天不练觉得肌肉力量有点减弱。还是我以前的plan好,每天都练。小重量坚持每天练是最好最适合我的
