    Hi there:

I read through all the chinese fellows' concerns on Dr.Chun's case. I want
to share some of my experience with you.

One day on the street, I was bothered by one native people for cigarettes.
I refused. She asked me where I was from with a master tone. I was
confused then she spoke loudly to me:"This is my country..." I was
outrageous and rebuked:"This is my country too." There were two
well-dressed white women standing by. They scornfully repeated my words,
    "This is my country."

It is said that America is melting bowl and Canada is tossed salad bowl.
This is just what appears but never be true. Here aboriginal claim this
is their country since they came to this continent first. The white claim
this is their country because they think they build this country. The
french speaking white claim they came here to build a french
    country...Where are we?

I never take prejudice as a problem and I never think this is not my
place. I always thought if you think that way, in your deep side you think
yourself as a second class citizen.

We all came here for a dream. After we finish academic improvement,
struggle for a living. We need more. I like this cliche, in front of God,
    we are equal.

Dr. Chun's case is just another extraordinary. We should care everything
around us. One thing I learned from black minority, they are very united.
They stand up together for their rights.

One more things I want to mension. After have been working for two years,
in work place, I found a lots of chinese were very polite to other white
colleague, sometimes even humble. But not do so to their chinese
counterpart. You ask for equalities. Do you have a sense of equality? Is
something wrong in your deep sense? Search your soul...
