    According to HKT's business rules, if you are a new comer without any credit information, they won't accept your application unless you pay credit deposition. This is a very serious discrimination to newcomers.

    Please remind your friends that DON'T choose HKT as long-distance carrier because it doesn't respect us newcomers from China. They deserve the loss of customers and business from us new Chinese.

    If you have time, please express your opinion to HKT at: 416-860-1828. Just tell them "your rules are rediculous!"

        • I registered with HKT a few weeks after I landed in Canada. They did not ask me for proof of credit. Is it because of Li Ze Kai, who has bought HKT and is poorer than before? -rolling(Rollor); 2001-2-12 {39} (#25960@0)
          I believe they must have their reasons.
